  • Any damages or defects

2. Inform the Delivery Personnel:

If there’s an issue, notify the delivery personnel right away. Some companies have procedures that allow you to:

  • Hand the item back to the delivery person.

  • Mark the delivery receipt to indicate the reason for the return or exchange.

3. Documentation(incase of online prepayment):

Take photos of the product (if necessary) and ensure that you have any required proof of return from the delivery personnel.

4. Conditions for Return/Exchange:

Ensure the outfit meets the company’s conditions for return:

  • Unworn and in its original packaging

  • Tags still attached

5. Confirmation(in case of online prepayment):

Obtain a return or exchange confirmation from the delivery personnel or the company’s customer service.
